Although I agree with you, that he should compromise, he's already shown her that he will not. He showed this (unless he was just doing it for a spank fantasy) when he contacted a couple looking for a man to have fun with.

By going behind his wife's back to do this, he's shown that he has no real intentions of letting this fantasy go, and that he'll get it even if it means doing it behind her back. That's a pretty big deal.

So unfortunately I'd say that him compromising isn't going to happen.

Where i come from this is fucked up, although im only 20 and been with my girlfriend 4 years. ( I understand your married and have kids and is a far more complicated situation ) but thats just wrong in my opinion, if my partner did that it would be bye bye. call me old fashioned but this involving others into your sexual relationship just doesnt do it for me.
