Pain after meditation

    Chest pain should be taken seriously. Have you thought about seeing your health provider? Either a holistic health practitioner or an MD could rule out that it isn't physical. Once that is ruled out, then consider if you are engaged in systematic self-suppression or self-avoidance, and self-rej ection. Rej ection- expecting
    self-encasement. You may have a strong fear of expressing, focusing, translating, and amplifying your feelings, leading to feeling-avoidance and emotional suppression. Do you feel the need to put on a good front?

    I agree. Chest pain is nothing to play around with. I hope you've seen a doctor by now.
