well - gettin' hit in the nuts ranks up there pretty high. and well, I love my nuts - so it hurts emotionally too
Worst physical pain would be the cramps I had before going on the pill... Some months were worse than others, some months I was able to get ahold of good drugs (percocet or something on that level)... Those times when I had to get by with OTC crap & was having one of those months when I could not even stand up because of the pain... Yeah. I'm not really sure what my worst emotional pain has been... Not sure I'm comfortable sharing, either.
My worst pain was and still is, my endometriosis.. But when i was about 14 I had a tumor on my left ovary that was the size of a grapefruit and it crushed my ovary so when it would twist it caused severe pain throughout my side and my pelvic area to where i would pass out..So I think that is my worst pain As emotional, I dont let people or situations that I let get the best of me emotionally, but there have been some that caused me horrific emotional pain..
The worst pain I've EVER experienced was being hit by my ex-boyfriend. It was a reocurring pain both mentally and physically.
i cut myself. that pain is wanted yet unwanted at the same time... the pain i cannot stand is like.. menstrual pain. its constant- it comes from my stomache and .. rose area and it just never ends. another pain i cannot stand is when i get migraines... oohhhhh my god i admire anyone who doesnt have to get migraines... those are like total bitches.. and its just like .. a tyrant in your mind. it occupies it and blocks your thoughts and your mind, which you can never run away from... that is a fearful feeling. just yesterday.. i experienced choking. i didnt find it painful at all, surprisingly... but it was a bit odd because i couldnt breathe/talk/scream for help. i typed it to my friend adn he called my house to make sure i was okay... i couldnt talk at all.. finally i just coughed it out.. blood came out and so did my food
The worst physical pain, I think, would be when I had that ovarian cyst rupture... but it was weird, because it hurt like a bitch in that instant, and then suddenly the pain was going...going...and then gone. I was glad that it went away, but the pain of it bursting was horrendous. There was this other time though, when I skiied right into a tree... I somehow managed to half-wrap my leg around the tree, and it snapped part of my ankle. The thing is, we didn't know the extent of the damage until about three years later, because at the time there was so much swelling that the x-ray didn't show the fracture... so i walked around on it for three years!! Emotional pain... I was involved with a guy, who was an asshole, and he cheated on me, and lied to me, and hit me once. Getting over that really, really stung. That was 4 years ago, but whenever I see him on campus I still want to rip his balls off.
