no offence fleassy, stop whinning if you dont like it then change it, you've tried to change it once and couldnt, so try other methods your an artist, it doesnt matter what your doing or where you are, so go out and learn it for yourself...there is absolutely nothing stopping you
Lenore. Thank you very much thats al very kind of you. Yea i totally understand what ever happens will happens and knowing me i will make it worth while. My Buddhist friend said the right path will find me... and although im not budhist i do like his thinking there. Dandelion, i have considered taking a foundation course but the reason i didnt want to was because it meant yet ANOTHER year at uni. I'd do a foundation to get into a main course. I guess i could do a foundation course and NOT a uni course, or do the uni course later. Joel. Dont tell me i'm whining. If i was whining i'd be sitting at home doing jack shit but moan about it. But no i'm not doin that. I'm getting on with this course, im enjoying the rest of the year of it, im painting my own things, im making clothes, im creating jewelry. Don't tell me i'm whining, its rude and un-called for. You tell me to change the course. Well do you really think i've been sitting there and doing nothing, also do you really think im the ONLY one in my year whos not happy with the course? NO. Already two have left, one other applied for painting with me, ones leaving to do a more acting course and about 4 others are considering leaving... there was only 13 in my course to begin with. The third years have complained on our behalf because they saw the way our course was being run was going to the shitter. There is ONE second year remaining. We have all complained to every level of teaching staff we could. We have stated whats wrong and what we would like changed. On wednsday we have the head of the arts school coming to see us in a meeting to tell us how next year will change... if i dont like the changes im not staying on the course. When i went to uni i entered into a contract, i would pay my money and make an effort to complete the course and in return they would supply me with a good education under the course description they provided. They have not fullfilled their part of the contract.
oh and an extra note i jsut opened my mail and i didnt get into the painting course. So it looks like i have some serious thinking to do.
