hehe..how cute.. it's not that simple.. for one..u can't wear shorts in the winter time if u live in the midwest or the northern states....it's just way too cold.. and skirts are stilled long on us short mama's.. so i find alot of times skirts that i buy are also not the proper length.. i guess it is a good thing that i can make my own clothing
That's right, I almost always have to hem my skirts too... and it's more work than hemming the pants. Shorts, well, they're nice in summer
I've been wearing shorts all winter, and its freezing (by my standards, 0-10 degrees) . But i guess the shorts i favour are pretty long...
Actually, I've found that even shorts are too long sometimes... right at that ackward length that makes people think you may have been raised by mormons (no offense). And then especially the mamas with hips, you can't go too short because then it makes your ass look a mile wide... how wonderful life would be without clothes.
I'm 5'3 and I roll the bottom of my pants usually. Which is why I might start making my own pants. The pants were modeled by tall models and the fashion industry guess that the whole world is like that, which is kinda lame.
I know, don't you love shopping and standing next to a rack of jeans which on the rack come up to your shoulder... then you look down and they also nearly hit the floor...
