The next time he wants to piss on you, let him. I'm pretty sure that would classify as assault (or some type of punishable offence in the states). So just call the cops and have his ass hauled off to jail.

 

But I don't want any cops called or anybody hauled off to jail. They've done that to me 3 times already. If I don't like having the cops called on me and being locked up, than I shouldn't do it to others. My family already loves courts and cops.

I'm gonna need to find some way out though, but I still hav 2 or 3 months before I can leave the city and that's months of exams exams exams. I find it very very difficult to balance school and my family. Its like they've been stopping me from achieving anything my whole life.

I'm going to go live with my dad for a while, though, I think.

e: I don't mean to give off the wrong impression here. These are not bad people. I love my mom and dad. But they simply don't know how to properly handle situations and they don't understand appropriate action/responses? Like the house could be on fire and I'd be getting bitched at about the dishes or I could forget to lift the toilet seat and they'll light the house on fire!

 

This sounds like a great idea.

Sometimes parents just aren't who we would like them to be and there's nothing else to do but getting the hell out of disruptive environment.
