The racial variety is pretty awesome, I liked seeing hot black women, pretty damn rare in Estonia. + Tons and tons and tons of Asians, didn't really notice Arabs as much because there's like 5 Asians for every Arab. Japanese mostly, I think. Also plenty of Latinos and a considerable amount of Russians.
New tourist boom. I think I went there before everything got super-Jap. Probably more Russians there now too...
After reading A Distant Mirror; The Calamitous Fourteenth Century by Barbara W Tuchman, I feel almost compelled to visit the Castle of Coucy 60 miles north of Paris Hotwater
I have beer and can't afford to DL it onto my iPod. Come on over and read it to me. I sampled my first vindaloo in Paris in 91. It was better in Melbourne but I still haven't shit the same since...
Having a bit of trouble with proper pronunciation are we thank god I had one year of french in high school to put me over the top Interesting proposition though; I haven’t been to maryland in a while, not since I stayed at the days inn in manassas, virginia on my way to dc and decided to get lost in maryland Hotwater
No, my French is just fine. Just lazy. I think I stayed at the Days after getting uber 'faced at an AC/DC concert at Nissan Pavillion.
i hate paris. it's a cold, ugly city, with rude people and crap food. but that's just been my experience with it. i DEFINITELY don't think you should pass up sicily for fucking paris. sicily (and pretty much all of italy) kicks ASS in comparison, and you'll never have such amazing food as you will in italy.
I can't imagine going to Paris and not thinking its interesting Of course many of you are complete flakes
Yeah, people say all sorts of crap like that about London, which is one of the awesomest places ever. I really want to go to paris, badly.
This can apply to any amazing city...I like the saying: "If you are tired of Paris you are tired of life"
I just think that there is something of interest in most places, and especially somewhere like Paris, with its history, culture, and architecture Of course I wasn't dragged there 3 times before I was 18 also I can deal with cities Just because Paris may not be my absolute favorite place ever does not make me feel the need to write which areas of Europe are so much better
i imagine just about anywhere can be fun and fascinating. paris just isn't at my #1 place to visit. i'm not big on cities.
