hehe...I haven't done a physical kriya like that in a long time either...I can't do everything exactly as recommended or as long, but it still makes me feel amazing doing what I can.

Are you doing the one I linked? How does it make you feel, other than the physical?

The other thing that's not shown in the video is after each exercise you can just sit and meditate/reflect for as long as you want...and typically at the end you'd do a really long relaxation...just lying there, at that point you can go into your intuitive meditation if you wanted to...or whatever.

 

I really am in bad shape. My back has many issues I can not touch my toes. I have a lot to go. The breathing is great.

Oh yeah...one other thing we say as teachers...if you can't do anything...can't do the modifications...just do breath of fire...don't hurt yourself.

I can't really touch my toes either, I just haven't really stretched in awhile.

 

My back has been a wreck for most of my life... Gave up on even trying to touch my toes when I was 19...

Windy I will take a look tonight. Can I even do this anymore is the question? First place that was told was Albany New York. I am going back to 1926 and I am seeing the old cars in that town. It is strange but I see a person being dragged by a car. Very creepy and they were dragged for so long that they flesh has disappeared and there is only bone now. I heard front page news which is connected to you. I believe you went missing in 1926 and I believe i see you with either ear muffs or the kind of hat a person who flies planes where. This looks like a picture I am seeing. I do see a kidknapping and there are two men and you are struggling. I see it is night and you are being walked over a wood bridge. This is strange because it fits into my visions from a serial killers view. I am hearing ransom. This must have been part of the deal. But your father is saying no to the terms. Very sad that he is not willing to give to get you back. I wonder why? I was seeing a noose if that is spelled right. I heard hemming bird. You are tied up in the dark hands behind the chair and the legs are tied and you are blind folded. You must be at a boating dock because I see boats. It almost feels like a relative or even your father might be some what involved. I heard spiritual leader than a man looked up at God and he pulled an axe up to like get an approval for using it. I am going to stop and wait for some feed back. Because this is going to get rough if it continues. I will pm you more if you would like.
