Yeah, it's positively chilling, at least it was to me at that young age!

 

It was freaking horrible the first few times! It was also used as a soundtrack to some movie and hearing it loud in the theatre was incredible.

 

I only vaguely remember the "Paul is dead" rumor. I was pretty young (born in 1961), and remember a bunch of people with long hair, on television news, singing the words "I buried Paul" over and over again. A few years later, I asked one of my older siblings which one of the Beatles had died a few years earlier, and they got a good laugh out of it. I thought one of them really did die.
