Mmm, I'm a kid at heart, I absolutely LOVE pbj. Wash it down with a glass of ice cold milk and I'm set. I make mine on either whole wheat/whole grain bread or plain graham crackers, with reduced-fat creamy peanut butter and strawberry preserves. But I have also been known to take a spoon and just eat peanut butter from the jar topped with a bit of strawberry preserves, no bread, no crackers. Eat it by the spoonful. Sooo yummy.
