...damn stoners. I get to the end of this thread and get all confused because I could have sworn I was in the the pee thread. I think that my short-term memory is shot and I must have forgotten and gotten into another thread...so I back out...but wait....that was the pee thread... I use hand lotion for dry or unmanageable hair. One day after I put lotion on my hands I ran my hand through my hair before the lotion had time to soak in, and my hair ended up feeling great. What started out as an accident is now my best hair care.
Lol that's hella funny. I will not traid hair with anyone! My hair is really curly (I'll make the joke before anyoen else does), cause I'm Jewish, ha...ha, and I love it.
Takes off dead skin cells, kills bacteria that can infect cuts and other things, and kills bacteria that could enter your body and cause illness. It's not nesicarily better to shower/bathe every day, but only bathing once a month is bad for you. The only downside to bathing/showering every day is possibility of dry skin which can be avoided by lotions or moisturizing body washes.
Lol, damn straight! And, not to brag, but my friends are paramedics and emts, my mom is a doctor, my aunt is a doctor, my grandma is a nurse, so i stay very well informed. lol...I love myself!
i guess better safe than sorry. but still. ive never had an infection in a cut, and i havent been sick in many years, so i guess my method works too.
Different people have different immune systems. Also, some people do more things that expose them to more bacteria than other people. In general it is benificial to wash at least every other day and in general if you don't you increase your risk of getting sick or getting infections.
i guess i just have a strong immune system. i personally walk bare foot everywhere, even in my garden. i dont believe in using chemical cleaners around the house, or even dusting or cleaning much at all. i am immune to any germs that linger around. unlike most people and their supergerms.
Lol that's not how the whole germ thing works. But w/e. I walk aroudn barefoot too (nto everywhere, but a lot of the time), that doesn't have much to do with anything though because most germs that make you sick enter through your mouth...so unless you put your foot in your mouth (hehehe hahaha) then there's not much to worry about. Another thing that taking a bath can prevent is maggots! You don't want o get maggots do you?! lol
Give the tub a quick rinse with a cup of water and you're good to go, no? I like to rinse off under the shower real quick after a bath anyways..something about sitting in a bath of your own filth and dead skin cells......
And I always thought I was the only one. A bath just seems dirtier than a shower for the same reason as you've said, sitting in your own dead skin cells and shit, rinse that crap off in the shower!
everybody pees.. Now doing it in the shower with another person is gross.. Doing it in the shower where other people may shower it gross. You have to realize though, lots of people pee in the shower and in the pool and probably on that cement sidewalk you decided to take a quick rest on. There is pee everywhere, dog pee, cat pee, any kinda pee
I bathe like once a week. I'm fine and haven't been sick in forever. Generally I feel upbeat and have plenty of energy. Until soap commercials aired on television in the 50s people only showered once a week and if you did more then you were considered narcissitic(sp?) I'm with wonka.
