I'm circumcised. Soft I'm anywhere from 2 to 3.4 inches. 3.4" is its actual length but it often shrinks up due to over masturbating or the temperature. Hard it's 5-point-something. I forget. A little less than 5.5". It's just about dead on whatever the US adult average is. I measured it once a couple years ago and never bothered to remember the exact decimals. I honestly could care less. No one ever asks this question except on these message boards.
