and you talk like it takes a genius to not get ripped off, it isnt rocket science, it's just evaluating situations and puting yourself in the best position to come away from that situation, even infants can make descisions.

I think ridicule tends to degrade people and lower their self-esteem; there are much more positive ways to go about showing him the error of his ways.

I think it is more of us helping him learn the ways. If he doesn't want to get ripped off get a scale. Regardless of his age, he should think about it. Hell I know a kid that gets hella ripped off all the time because he doesn't have a scale. It is sad.

I have a hang scale, it cost me 99 cents at a gas station. Its not exact, but it only goes to the gram, but its good enough for me to know if i get shorted a gram or two on a half. So money nor availability are excuses for not getting a scale.

 

Its threads like this one, that keep me around these forums. I just wish discussions of this intensity would occur more regularly

I just wish people wouldn't think getting skimped, screwed, or whatever, is part of the trade because it is not. Maybe in the shitty world where NCO lives it is part of the deal, but most people I personally know outside the forums across the country, have never had these kind of experiences. I'd say getting screwed is not the norm in the trade, but if people keep claiming it is (NCO), it will be one day.,

i was a nugg dealer for a long time and i did my best to never short people, but sometimes it is inevitable when you yourself get shorted a g or 2 as you are working your way up in the weed world.

on the other hand, i hate moochy mcgees. i am always generous with my bud with my friends, and sometimes people take advantage of that. my roommate never once paid me for bud though i'm sure he's smoked about a quarter of dank. and my boyfriend's brother used to always ask me to throw him g's because "he NEEDS it, he's a desperate recovering meth addict" and then never pay me back. he owes me a bill to this day!
