and i'm actually not all that dumb of a thirteen (almost 14) year old. i'm in some honours classes and have taken iq tests with results far average. the main problems here were a. i thought i could trust the person and b. i didn't measure it out and get the proper amount.

Obviously you haven't learned how to read. I never said it doesn't happen at all, what I said is it is not the NORM in the trade. Maybe if you're buying dollar amounts off of homeless ricardo (that homeless bum argument was a real classic too), it might be the norm. But the average deal does not go down like that. The average person gets what they paid for. But down the ditch weed, and taking reading comprehension 101. I'm sure they offer it at your local high school.
