    yep, im just tired of people always having excuses for things like...

    "im sorry i did this BUT...."

    to me, im sorry means....ill never do it again. esp. not over n over n over, ya know?

    perhaps they are geniune in their apologizes and for hurting you but since they are human they dont know how to change and be different. change is hard and scary
