    Hey Leecey,
Has the ban been passed in Ontario yet? What's the latest? And how does it affect you? Just curious since you're in Ontario.

Mikey met my bf's uncle for the first time yesterday with lots of kissing and too much jumping up and love. He's so cute. He's decided this is his new best friend and best chance for attention and spent yesterday with his head in his lap. Tought guy. :)

QUOTE"I'm against pitbulls because the initial point of them was for fighting, violent dogs. It's horrible. Any type of dog which is specifically bred to fight should be banned in my view,"

I'm sorry I took what you said....but if you read carefully...HUMANS ARE THE ONES TRAINNING THIS BREED TO HURT OR KILL.
My friend has a pitbull that she rescued from a shelter and she is the sweetest god ever. My dog (picture) is a cocker spaniel mix that I rescued from the streets when he was only 5 weeks old. If someone tries to pet him...he will try to bite, my dogs doesn't like kids and loud noises.
See my point...any dog can be aggressive. I honestly don't know the nature because my dog Angus is like a son to me. He is another member of the family, he was never misstreated NOR TRAIN TO BE AGRESSICE BUT he is not friendly towards people that he doesn't know.

Most of the time it's our fault (well not mine...I love animals too much to cause them pain or harm) but humans are responsible for training any kind of dog to fight.

    That was my 2 cents

(I work in an animal hospital and I used volunteer for the ASPCA in Manhattan training dogs to give for adoption and pitbulls are sooo smart too)
