Are the crackheads a threat there. I bet they're pussies in comparison with DC crackheads. That part of the world just doesn't seem like they are inclined to violence.

nah man they arent violent, just lookin for a fix, there is still like buisness and shit where they are, it's just a bad area, but fuck i drive through it probably once a week

and yea...compared to the states, its nothing, its not like a slum or anything, just a part of the city with lots of crack heads, but also has tonnes of cops

i doubt you'd have any trouble with the crackheads...we've got tons of crack and meth heads in kelowna..i've had a few people come up and talk to me but i just smile and nod and walk away...or i just walk away...

ive never been to vancouver before...if i go with my roommates we'll have a vehicle, but when i go to vancity next summer for a week or 2 i wont have a car..ill be taking public transportation around, and ill most likely be staying in a hostel..
