i always imagine it to be really.. dusty.. and just grit everywhere, but after being flooded

 

Honey, that's not the half of it. 11 months later and there is debris everywhere. There are a significant number of neighborhoods that look as though Katrina hit yesterday. Unfortunately, that is not an exaggeration.

 

EEK! maybe i should have gone there instead of NY. i woulda helped y'all clean up. i just hope things are ready for the next time this happens.

It's a temporary tattoo that my friends at work put on me.

 

I'll use my favorite term of endearment for you, since you totally rock (honeybunny). The city of NOLA, the state of LA are totally unprepared, for a fucking tropical storm, much less a hurricane. This area is a total mess at this point. This was the greatest natural disaster to hit the USA. If the "CHIMP" would not have young men and women sacrificing their lives for oil and gas, things would be so much further along.

You seem to be a are a very insightful and cool young woman. PM me sometimes hon, and we'll chat.

can't believe the trouble some of you were having finding toe rings....I got mine from the dollar store (lol) and they've been in awsome condition for 3 months now....shocking for the dollar store! I paid $1 for 4 rings!
