Jesus Christ superstar was her choice. She should of chosen something form "Hair".
    btw.
Did you know I met a boy called Frank Mills
    On September twelfth right here
    In front of the Waverly
    But unfortunately
    I lost his address
He was last seen with his friend,
A drummer, he resembles George Harrison of the Beatles
    But he wears his hair
Tied in a small bow at the back
I love him but it embarrasses me
To walk down the street with him
    He lives in Brooklyn somewhere
And wears this white crash helmet
He has gold chains on his leather jacket
And on the back is written the names
    Mary
    And Mom
    And Hell's Angels
    I would gratefully
Appreciate it if you see him tell him
I'm in the Point State Park with my girlfriend
    And please
    Tell him Angela and I
Don't want the two dollars back
    Just him!

Ripped open by metal explosion, funny you say this.. I was hit with shrapnel in GWI in the shoulder. lots a pain at times today I had a jolt of pain, But like I said before Im running around doing lots of shit. Then I want to play the guitar all fucking day.
Then theres a few days that go by that I dont play at all, But I cant wait for the women to leave it the morn, so I can crank out a few amps over 50 watts.
Usually at the break of dawn, Im running through "Time" on a lead, Like a rooster.
my freind and I yesterday did a routine Pulse live open set, Daves got this black chick hes talking about thats got a voice like Brandy> honestly I dont know her vocal range.
An I can imagine its pretty good.
While Dave is tending to stray into a 80s style of drumming which I like, Put into a synth to sound like The Cars "Drive" that beat with a floydain sound,, very sweet.
Just though I change the thoughts on my mind at the moment... get a idea where Im coming from elsewhere. Since Dave has his own things to do and so do I it makes it so difficult to do something on the level that we all admire the most of.
I dont mind colaberating on shit with people But jamming and having hardly any structure and disipline with in the style your playing really dont get me off..
So Ive been a stubborn prick running this at time.. Lost to much time with corny nowhere jam bands "LEFT FOR DEAD" being one of them... hope I didnt "Nead" you in the nuts there Chris.....
Instead of being a Beers for Bar Cords band.... Should of let me run things, but you can always embalm somebody..... dead.... hahahahah
you will proly not get any of that hippy and Ill have to paste ti on that other thread..

I was a door gunner in a Helecopter gun ship, being in the air over there was not cool, but watching air support from the ground was awesome, at night it was a light show like no other.

ok.. thats what I was driving at, speaking of driving I have to go now, but Ill be in here in about a hour pooking around.
But I thought of this. The Hard Rock Cafe in Station Square isnt so bad. Its a nice place to catch a Lenzner coach on your way to Star Lake, Which isnt a bad deal if you live in the sousside. it like $25.00 round trip, I did it cause my mom lives in sousside. And it was awesome. so I did it again..You can let someone else do the driving.. its great... bbl..

Good morning orison, you seem to know alot about Pittsburgh music, did you ever hear of any of these guys, Art & Norm Nardine and Dave Flodine (spelling ? ) and a band called the igniters, now these guys are even older than me, but they were very good.

    Peace

Norm Nardini, is a classic in the burg, that dude got that scene locked down. Now I never really been up and close to him but I dont think he gets the respect he deserves. Then again most locals dont that are spaztastic.
They tend to push it due to marketing effort for different event, youll see that with the Clarks and Joe Grushecky and the Houserockers. Rib Fest and stuff.
Its not any different else where. No matter what your name is.
Like ever been to the Roadhouse out in Bavington big named events with little crowds
people dont have the money to go to $80 shows, I can dig the free stuff. But if your invested in the band then its a competition but with these dinosourse that lock down all events that are free(cough) Nothing is free. Thing is most of the clubs that have Norms and Joes will not book you if you dont have a crowd to come and buy beer and hot wing.
or youll wind up in Mechanicsburg Pa and name your band name is Poison. In the end what do you have to show for it.. A show on Vh1. "will you be my girlfreind"
You dont want to wind up like that loser.
Bast to find a venue and stay there build up a scene and it might take you a while.
I know of this litle dive on Neville island, like a tiki club, due used to book all kinds of shit.. Nice place but havent been there in a while, but the atmosphere is like a Jimmy Buffet, and you can relly entertain the people there, Why Location along the river and lots of space if it drawn more people.
btw the Clarks arnt dinosours but they soon will be. Overkilled...

Oh no you dont eat at the Coral Reffer, lol.. Cant say Im a fin head, buffethead, what are they callled. I tell you I dont do booking, thats Dave and Carls area of expertiese
You sort of need to be a little older to get the torched passed down to you. But I think honestly the flame will go out, before ever getting passed to me... thankfully..
    lol..

I grew up in sousside coudnt even tell you the shit that went on at Nicks Fat City in them days, But even when I was a teen these Dinosours were locking it down. Arrogant sombitches. Cant say I blame them now, Proly why Im less helpfull supporting someone elses shit, to much competition, If your band is playing covers on Friday and making $50 a person and all you can eat and drink your lucky.
If its in your heart and greed dont fuel you cool.. But Donny Iris dont get free electric and gas and cable. Man still has to eat. Not saying hes cutting throats, But cut his to make more money that what they all do.
They make a couple of hits and Repeat it every weekend, Not like they can be Machinist or steel worker,, got to pay the bills some how..
Honestly just living above poverty like all the other Burgers..
just my opinion dont quit your day job.. And you can still be a great blues guitar player. If you dont want to get your hands dirty keep playing someone will eventually listen to you.. and pay you something..

If your gona rent some staging Chuko Brothers in Mckees Rocks is a good option, They are mostly dagos... lol.. and will steal your shit if you aint keeping track of it, But they are Cheep and Very reliable.. They got good builder. and tents are cheep too..
Maybe I should pop on that Jam site and pook around.

Im Polock. so Can I get away with the dago joke?

What do call a clean person in Poland?

    A Tourist.

moondogs, why yes but now Im lost in years of mental erase. Walter Trout..Scratching my head? no, But Moondog was always a shot we never made a stop at. and though I really wanted to.. One Of my freind has told me Brother Grimm is Open again but Im not sure on there bookings, But If its Honky Tonk you like mixed with a litte southern country rock thats the place.
well it was in the mid/late 90s.
    They have rock there also..
Speaking of Rock. Since your Old, are you a fan of the Knights In Satans Service?
My ex was into them old farts and Ill tell you what, They blew my ears off in the Psyco Circus. Ace Frehly is a down to earth dude too.. Kinda of a show off and pyro smoke isnt something I like to inhale inside a venue but thats cool. hes in town in a few weeks.
Just curious on other styles you may enjoy.
Like Kenny Chesney> Pnc never had so many hot women in it at once, thanks Kenny
"Oh my God they killed Kenny! "You bastards".

No no I don't like Kenny, I like blues, Allman Bros are way cool, the road goes on forever is a good example of what they could do, not the shit you hear on DVE over and over again, if you listen to them you think the Bros made three songs and that was it, not true the were great blues players, and of course I like all the 60s and early 70s bands two many to list, I don't like country at all, the band was cool, remember the Last Waltz. I never heard of the Knights in Satans are they local ?

    Peace
