As soon as i get my lemon verbena plant, Ima make more oil and make an alfredo sauce, grilled chicken breast, mushroom, spinach sliced sundried tomato pizza. Gonna thicken up the sauce with lots of gruyere. Lots of it. maybe some fontina too.
basically, the more toppings the better, although i don't like to overdo the meat. i eat way too many pizzas at work, so i can't afford to have a favorite that i always eat; i need to switch it up. but almost all of my pizzas have at least mushrooms and banana peppers.
I am not really supposed to have tomatoes. A pizza place near my house makes an awesome pizza using a bechamel sauce instead of tomato, topped with mushrooms, ham, onion, beef and herbs and pepper covered in mozzarella cheese. Its greasy and beautiful
Everyone says that. I have tomatoes occasionally and love them like I would an expensive wine, whereas you probably take them for granted.
