I enjoy a good game of Smash Bros Brawl. But the online for it is not very good. Not very good at all.

Better to play with friends. While drinking.

 

I'd buy a ps3 if I lived in Japan... but literally every friend I know that owns a console has the 360 so if I were to ever buy a console it would be a 360. ANd if you think $89 is too much to pay for a year of online gaming with an easy to use, easy to connect interface and high quality voice chat then you are just cheap.

 

its actually only $50 if you buy a one year subscription.. or free if you use my method..

 

I think it's $89 here...everything is overpriced compared to US prices, even though our dollars are pretty relative these days.

I don't know man...at the moment i own a 360 and i am loving the exclusive titles, lets say gears 2 for example. the online is worth it due to its friendly interface and the ability to be in a party chat with friends while you play separate games ect. Not to mention how much of a pain in the ass the ps3 is to send friend invites while playing a game. But i grew up with the xbox...when i get enough money ill either buy a decent pc to keep up with the new games or just get a ps3 so i get the best of both. The ps3 does have some nice exclusive titles though.

 

I had a 360 originally but it would scratch my disks and make horrible noises. I traded it for ps3 and it's awesome. No payin for online! I'm too addicted to COD4, can't even be bothered to get the new 1

About the ps3. I agree that the ps3 free online is one of the coolest things ever but please explain to me at least 2 other reasons and some games that makes it better than the 360 and it's games? Also with the 360 and that hardrive? That shit is the shiz! You can make your own soundtracks to games! Beat that.

 

yeah haha we were playing that at my friends party once after eating loads of hash cake it was fun but really hard to figure out what going on haha...wii is good for social things but its not really something youd play by yourself...

Well I mean if you like your computer usage to be more complicated and thus more time consuming then by all means go ahead.

Also it isn't even about the specs because fo sho any machine can have whatever components the builder can put into it. One of the things with components though is build quality and super sleek design of which apple excels.

Windows vista ultimate just isn't so ultimate. Tiger had a lot Vista's features back in 05 when it was released. Also let us not mention that this disappointment of an OS was delayed for way too long.

XP is still alright but I just hate its mediocrity

 

I keep hearing about "all these problems" with vista, yet I have been running it for a year and have had less problems than any other OS I have owned.

i think it's hugely to do with getting to grips with the redefined user interface. that, and lack of knowledge.
