I actually like chicken fried steak.

 

GOD! i'd love some checken fried steak. the thing with chicken fried steak is that it's an attempt to make unpalatable cheap meat something you can smother in gravy and eat with some mashed potatoes. i like chicken fried pork chops, too. but we don't really go out of our way to find well-raised pigs.
