I used to watch occasionally. I think it's a fairly normal thing for people to be into. But I do not think it's okay to watch more than like once a week. Then it's getting weird. And I don't think it's polite to watch porn when you have a significant other unless of course you're watching together...

I don't really enjoy porn, I can say that honestly. I don't know if it is degrading to women, I think it depends on the woman and why she is doing it. What is she enjoys it? I can't judge that. I like to study porn sometimes. It gives me an idea of the mind of the masses. I once watched an actual rape. Porn producers have always been in competition with each other, trying to one-up the others with the edgiest, most shocking, most exotic fucking they could get on film. The big problem is that young guys look at these videos like they were intended to be accurate documentaries on normal sex. Some of it was entertaining to me at first, but I quickly got bored with the endless repetition. I like the amateur stuff better now because it's much more real. It would also be fun to watch celebrities and people I know personally. I'm pretty much done with regular commercial porn, unless another good NC-17 movie comes out with a real plot and real actors. Degrading to women? I can't comment on that. I don't know any of these porn actresses, or what they're into. Maybe they like what they do.
Porn historically has tried to appeal to men more so than women, so this is also why the men are never particularly attractive. Porn producers are going for someone relatable to the average man watching porn, not the guy females find attractive.
i assume watching others have sex became normal when it became available. if having sex with others was available, it would become normal too, and i'm pretty sure watching others have sex would become much less regular.

Yeah I watch it, my man watches it too sometimes. Sometimes we watch it together…… Not a big deal to either of us. I used to be one of those crazy girlfriends though that like, cringed, and felt like the world was ending when my boyfriends watched porn or looked at nude mags.
