Peanut Butter bars...

"A Colorado shopkeeper was taken aback when a four-legged customer wandered into her store one winter morning.

The surprise visit came from "Mama," a doe who lives in the woods near the Horsetooth Store in Fort Collins, Colo.

Lori Jones described the surprise encounter to the Daily News.

"I was doing inventory behind the counter when I saw Mama stick her head in. She just came right on in and absolutely didn't regard me at all," Jones said.

Jones said the animal browsed the store like any other customer, first studying a rack of sunglasses and later looking at ice cream and chips.

She said she used a peanut bar to turn Mama around and lure her back outside the store.

"I tried to get her out and she just wouldn't go, so I took one of my organic peanut bars and brought her to a little lower field we have," Jones said.

After being fed, about 30 minutes later, the pushy animal returned — this time with her young.

"I was absolutely rolling in laughter," Jones said.

"I took out my phone and started taking pictures because at the door were her two babies and little adopted buck just standing there," Jones said.

"She looked at me like, 'can my children have some too?'"

Jones led the family of deer out of the shop with another peanut bar—but regrets having fed them."
