Why you hate bridges?



That's the Old Bridge in Mostar.
It connects (divides?) the western (Croat, Christian) part of the city and the eastern (Bosniak, Muslim).

 

That bridge probably wouldn't bother me, but walking or even driving across bridges seems to throw off my equilibrium. This happens with heights in general. I lose my balance and feel wonky.

Kind of a vertigo thing I guess.

My worst fear
I dunno why, I think i've always been true to my real life persona here, but the thought of someone I know digging through my postings deeply embarrasses me

I just have different relationships with different groups of friends. My in-real-life friends are too cool and trendy for something like posting on an Internet forum. They just don't..."get" what we do here. It's a side of me they can't relate to. They'd rather gossip about people we know instead of discuss politics. Okay. Cool. But I need my politicking too.

Anyway, they all tease me for being so addicted to my phone when we hang out because I'm always checking HF. It's funny: Hip Forums turned me into the stereotypical millennial who has to be on their phone at all times.

 

Yeah i wouldnt ever be on my phone if it wasnt for this place. I dont care about facebook or any other social media.

 

Me too. Just six months ago I hardly ever looked at my phone.

 

I don't like the way Hipforums is on the phone. I much more prefer the computer.

That's I used to feel before the forum upgrade last year. I never used it on my phone and now, the phone experience is pretty perfect.
