You know I did this as a kid every single night and you know what one of the suggested contributing factors is for why my eyes got the random disease? Eye rubbing. I remember the specialist asked me if I rubbed my eyes as a kid and I said yes. She said it was interesting and I asked why she explained just a large percentage of people with keraticonus say the same thing.
