I thought it meant "no pissing over the railing"... Was wondering what kind of fucked up country needed a sign for that.

 

my college apartment's balcony could have used that sign.

 

After studying the Tao Te Ching for so long, I often can't even look at foreign languages, because I read their mathematics even if I can't read the language. Just the shapes tells me what sort of metaphysical bias they have, and it messes with my Chi.
