    Really? You're not kidding are you...? Wow. You're the first I've seen to say you actually like it.

    Well it certainly is a unique specimen to say the least. The back story is that it was built by a catholic priest who had ambitions to make the world's safest car. The front bumper is designed to "cradle" a pedestrian if they were hit by the car. The blobby windshield is a plastic resin bubble that portrudes outward for plenty of forward motion headroom in case of a head on collison. The problem was that the curved faux-glass surface distorted the visual perception of the driver. Distorting the contour of the road and everything in front of them. It is 6m long by 2m wide. It was an epic failure and only one was ever built. The only good inovations that came out of it were the collapsible steering column and the foam filled bumpers.

    I suppose the Fiat Panda is a boxy little monster. Thankfully they were never sent to the states. However we did get the Yugo GV.

    It almost looks psychedelic with all those curves :-D The Fiat Panda comes in different models but that square one was a common site years ago and I hated that car :D
