Walked around the inner harbor in Baltimore last Saturday & saw a bronze statue of former mayor/governor William Donald Shaefer. I noticed there was a note in his hand so I looked to see what he was holding and took this picture. On the way back home on the train I saw a huge puddle of coffee on the floor and told a lady to be careful because she had the belt from her coat dragging on the ground under her chair. Then I saw a whole group of about 20 obvious out of towners, mostly Spanish speaking. I moved closer and asked them if they were headed to the Airport because they all had their luggage with them. When they said yes I let them know they were on the wrong train. We were on the Glen Burnie train and if they stayed on there they would probably be lost as hell and have to change cars at least two more times. Me and the lady with the coffee under her seat told them they had to get off at the next stop and wait for the next train with BWI written on the top of it. I guess they got there alright. They seemed happy that I saved them from wasting about an hour jumping from car to car on the light rail. It's funny that no one else said anything to them even though it was beyond obvious they were tourists with their suite cases and going in the wrong direction.
Awesome quote. It always peeves me when religious people make out that they have a monopoly on morality, and goodness.
