Post here if you want to rip your boss's face off...

the assisstant manager is lazy and pathetic. he was even sleeping in one of the booths while on the clock the other day...... (which has happened more than once). he is a moron who has ruined three of my meat saw blades because he is too lazy to change the blade to cut tbones. YOU dont use a boneless blade to cut meat with a bone in it!! okay, I would have let it slip by if he did it once, but not only did he do it once he did it twice after that, even after we told him not to do it anymore. it ruins the blade, you have to throw it away, so now I have to cut meat with a bone-in blade which rips the steaks up beyond belief. it sucks, I want to punch him in the face.

My last job had the worst manager ever.... he wouldn't tell you if he was upset with how you were working, he'd just cut your shifts WAAAY down. He wanted everyone to care about teh store as much as he did (this was Subway, and he kept hiring girl in high school wtih the occasional person in univ... being in school means you don't care about subway, sorry guy). The second time I called in sick (one and a half weeks before I was supposed to be done), he took away all the shifts I had left - without telling me. I only found out because I phoned to ask what time I started at that day. fucker
