HAHA! I remember this one from AM radio when I was just a wee lad.
I had a transistor radio with one of those little single earpieces, I would listen in bed. My folks imposed ridiculously early bedtimes for us kids, top 40 am radio of the 60's and early '70s was my alternate world.
