What finally worked is my gerbil got real hungry. I tied a string on a carrrot and shoved it as far up as I could. Once I felt the little guy start nibbling, I gave the string a yank and out he came. Now I don't feed him for a couple days, trim his nails, and shave him before I let him loose.

 

I think you need smacked.

A huge part of HCM's attractiveness is the joy apparent in how she conducts herself here. That has to be in big part to her hubby. I couldn't bring myself to wish that on her (or anyone else for that matter).

 

I forgot gay could mean happy. I was going to ask why you had straight as sexual orientation. Why are non gays called straight. Does that mean that gays are bent?
