I suppose for those million dollar bets put on by people who knew about things as somebody told us, they didn't really know in this case. Lulz.
It was a pretty good fight, went way better than I thought it was, for McGregors first actual boxing fight, pretty impressive But Mayweather is a very polished, composed boxer, amazing for 40 years old I expected a far bigger farce, I think the fight did live up to the hype
Wonder what his excuse will be. Usually when they run their mouths they come up with excuses. Cough cough Mundine.
Exactly, McGregor came out like a bull in a china closet which allowed Mayweather to gage his opponent. Once he determined McGregor couldn’t hurt him Mayweather carried him through the later rounds and then pounced. It’s my belief Mayweather could have taken him out at any time but he stuck to the game plan which aired on the side of caution Hotwater
What about the million dollar betters you were so sure of. You said they knew things. They didn't know shit. :d
Those million dollar bets all went in favor of Mayweather. Like I said Mayweather carried McGregor then pounced - McGregor was completely outclassed. All three judges gave Mayweather Rounds 4 through 9, before he put him away with a 10th-round TKO Hotwater
My thoughts exactly. I'm surprised Mcgregor didn't plan for that tactic, isn't it Mayweather's signature style? I'm not really a boxing fan, and I've never seen either of them fight. I still can really appreciate Mayweather's abilities as an athlete, though. Very impressive.
it ended up somewhere in the middle of everyone's thoughts and expectations to be fair I dont think any of them earned their wages that night ! I have seen Cleaners more Bushed at the end of a day of work ??? Dont know what I expected But I didn't get it McGreggor talks Like a Pikey http://youtu.be/_bYCGpFV9hk
I wonder if this fight was rigged as some in the past were. I would not put anything past anyone anymore.
i wouldn't put it past them, but is it really even necessary? 98% of the world population bought right into it exactly like they were supposed to, and paid a ridiculous amount of money to watch the fight that apparently went exactly how everyone expected it to anyway. what more could they benefit from going to the trouble to rig it?
There’s so much more to it than that, there’s the pre-fight hype, the weigh-in, the racist innuendoes coming from both camps, the discussion on tactics, comparative analysis between MMA and Boxing, organizing the pre-fight party, watching the fight and critiquing every punch and jab, post-fight analysis, next morning hangover Hotwater
so, all the shit that has been on hipforums for the past year, plus the next morning coffee and home fries menu.
