arson (along with a tobacco ticket, and paraphenlia..), although it was pretty minor, which it doesn't really matter anyways.. but i'll have to see what's going to happen in a little bit when i face the DA. shit happens i guess.
this is the worst advice ive ever heard, its up there with telling someone to stick a fork in the toaster to spike their hair
and last time i checked, arson is kind of a big deal. i know ppl that got put in jail for that, wtf did you burn down?
It was probably something small, I had friends who were arrested for arson for lighting bushes on fire
I'm actually surprised at how many people would bend over and how easily. This made up "power" of how some of lowly scum has the power to control every aspect of your life is asinine and how easily you people accept it is too. They've effectively struck fear in your hearts and destroyed your free will, how sad is that?
This is true I dont really agree with some probationary terms givin to ppl. But then I took some of my own courses in criminology.. You know what causes people to go to jail while on probation.. ?? Just guess. The lack of truthful communication with a probation officer that has more idiots than you to deal with.. Jusf tell the stupid fucker you plan on going on a trip to another state.. They will not give a shit as long as you come back and report as directed.. If you do go w/o telling them. Dont get in trouble and youll have nothing to worry about.. If you reported to them and left the next day and returned a month later. How would they know you went anywhere??
be philosophical to your hearts content. it should be common knowledge that we as a forum arent the governments fans and we obviously disagree with many laws as we all break them on an almost daily basis. but just because we dont agree doesnt mean that they have no power over us. i dont think that cocaine should be illegal, but if im caught with it im going to prison. the power of governments are very real, not "made up". if you think it is made up go kill some cops and see how long you stay out of jail, go tell a judge that he has no power over you, and keep that state of mind as you spend the rest of your life behind bars. fool
Quoted for stupidity, i.e stupid hippie bullshit Not to mention the fact the OP got arrested for arson so he probably was doing something wrong, even if it was just small and stupid
I have to dissargee and say it is indeed fake, made up bullshit. But I'm sure if I felt the urge to kill some cops, like you suggested, I doubt they'd take me alive to tell the judge such things. But I have in the past. I just find it sad.. that you compare disobeying the goverment with pain, electrocution and possible death.. I think that says alot. You're entitled to your own opinion, but I feel sorry for you. Who decides whats wrong? Can you not do that for yourself? You can be arrested for arson.. By burning you're own fucking property..
Yes because burning down your own property puts the property of everyone around you at risk too, if people could decide what's right and wrong solely by themself, the only people in prison and on probation would be there for drug charges
true.. What if your property was in the middle of nowhere.. A farmhouse surrounded by nothing but wet winter corn fields?? Chance that someone will see it, fire co, will respond cause that just a fact. Find you standing there saying Im sick of the fucking place going to start over with a trailer.. Yous gona need A PERMIT.. then you can burn your house down.. Then you aint breaking no laws.. With the other way, youll get a fine, pay for fire crew opperation costs. Ect...
why is this still an argument? why was this even an argument at all? there are laws, if you don't like them, you don't HAVE to follow them, but there will be consequences. if you don't like it, leave the country.
Why does that particular law have to be there? I want to live right here, but I also want to do what is morally right.
I have tried, I sent a letter to a state official and all I got back was a letter of thanks and telling me drugs and especially meth were bad... I just said we needed legal marijuana.
