Very awesome lineup! Where did these come from, Netflix? I'd like to see the Ann Shugin thing... I have Baraka coming, looking forward. Curious what you think about "the trip". I found it interesting, realistic in some ways but not in others. If you have the double feature dvd, the other one on that disk is 'smoke out'. Just plain 60's sillyness, not very good. Oh and, the Floyd concert, top notch!

 

Nah, not Nutflakes nor RipOffBox, all bit torrent .avi files, arrrgh matey! :devil: I've seen The Trip before, also have seen More (the one I watched yesterday that Pink Floyd scored the soundtrack for), but all the others are new for meee! Yayyyyy!!! The How To Lose Your Mind one is an old documentary from 1969 largely about Dr. Timothy Leary passing out LSD as opposed to "A's", "B's, and "C's", lol. Even if it's old propaganda, it still sounds kewl IMO, The Trip is somewhat cheeseball, but still groovy, sort of like Easy Rider or anything Henry Fonda did, haha! Ya know what I mean?
The Grateful Dead Movie and Pink Floyd Live At Pompeii are my top choices there, but then follow the Ann Shulgin and Terrence McKenna ones. Then all the rest, and probably Baraka for last since Writer rates it so well

@orison: I saw your post elsewhere about needing an all Pink Floyd and Grateful Dead radio channel!!! I totally agree, only I'd ammend it to include Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Black Sabbath, Donovan, Harry Nilsson, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Who, Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, Yes, The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, The Fuggs, Jefferson Airplane, Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young (or any of them solo or as a duo/trio + their other bands like Buffalo Springfield and The Byrds), Steve Miller Band, Badfinger, Love, Big Starr, Roxy Music (and Brian Eno/Bryan Ferry solo), T. Rex, Mott the Hoople, Neu!, Amon Duul/Amon Duul II, Can, Walter/Wendy Carlos, and blah, blah, blah, haha! Just a purist oldie-godie psychedelia channel. There is an all Grateful Dead channel on Sirius radio, that's a good one. But there ain't no station just playin' killer hippie tunez, oughtta be tho :2thumbsup:

Just watched Baraka bluray this morning, unfuckingbelievable quality. Amazing soundtrack too.

Me and gf were VERY drained the day after our bicycle day trip. I guess I forgot how heavy lucy is on the brain . . . it affects serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, so the next day was just -_-

But day after that we are fine

Gonna write a TR about that soon. That also is the very last of my leftover lucy I have a feeling Ganesh will be visiting me again soon though.

TNS, you would LERVE the phenazepam! About 8-9mg insufflated sustains a deep, relaxing yet euphoric mellow state for several hours, it's vundahful!!! I can't wait 'til my mxe and 4-meo-pcp arrive, this would compliment dissociatives really, really well

Bump for how great The Grateful Dead Movie is! The animated sketch at the beginning of the movie and the collage work done around 'Intermission' or whenever it was they played 'St. Stephen' and 'Ripple' were both absolutely amazing!!! It covered several shows, the crew, the crowd, the lines, the drugs, had some interviews with Jerry (RIP) and gang... it basically had everything Dead you could ever want for! An excellent film indeed!

Ann Shulgin's Psychedelic Psychotherapie is absolutely engrossing too, especially for a short film. She talks mostly about MDMA therapy and a bit about clandestine LSD and mescaline therapy. I thought she might touch on 2C-B therapy, but she didn't. All the same, it's a pleasure to see Sasha and Ann Shulgin on screen being all smart and academic

 

I'm sure I would love it, which is why I'll never order any. lol I would get in trouble with that shit, because my self control goes out the window with benzos and I'd end up dosing entirely too much, and I wouldn't stop until I passed out or until the phenazepam was all used up.

 

Fortunately, I have pretty strong self control with benzos. I swear it, phenazepam is THEE most enticing benzo I've ever ingested, hands down. Far more pleasurable than Klonopin, long-lasting and strong like Valium, very relaxing like Xanax, and really, really euphoric in that benzo way like Ativan x10

Well, a friend is introducing another friend to 2C-E.

This other friend is on pain meds. He already has a high tolerance because of his past use.



He took a 30 mg percocet and some dilaudid a few hours ago.


My friend is asking if it would be okay for this other friend to now take 50 mg of 2C-E. Would his life be in danger?

I know this is an odd question and sounds reckless. I am the middle man. I am having a busy and sober Friday.

 

Okay, I guess he took the percocet about five hours ago.

 

@CoolRunnings: I take pain management remedies/meds daily, even when I trip. I've never encountered a problem. Even at high doses of PEA's like 2ce.

In other news, I wish it was not so late. I would swallow a tiny bit of aMT. I don't know if any writers on this board like to drink or take a hit or two when they write, but if so, I must say that aMT probably works much better. I usually do my work sober (although I do have the occasional manifesto while tripping). I wrote three papers for school while on aMT. I always get high marks, but this time around it was easier, did not take as long and was a bit more fun.

If I could dose and still sleep tonight, I definitely would.

 

Funny how this forum is quiet like crickets in the background one night, light speed posts the next.

Tomorrow night is research night ... I'm thinking. Contemplating a more detailed session with something I'm already familiar with (read, more) or sampling something new.

What do you think about a mutual long-distance 50mg 2C-E trip-a-rama.... TNS ? I think I read you were looking into dipping into your new, erm, package?

I had a dream last night about being a ketamine fiend. Like, I was a crackhead for ketamine. I've never done ket ever irl.

 

Don't forget to scrape your bags for extra powder! I ran the edge of a gelcap across the side of my "empty" bag and collected an extra 5mg of aces. Nice!
