Hey guys i know this has probaly been asked alot and to be honest google turned up almost nothing due to its short use but have any of the 2c-* family of drugs seemed to have harmed your physical body after regular use or even 1-2 times?

 

do you suspect 2ce to have done something?

 

Well no, but if theres evidence it will affect me in the longterm for the worse then id wanto get off it asap rather then see for myself in 10-20yrs, no?

 

well there's no hard evidence either way. like you said, they have a short history of use.

when i first got my 2ce in 2008, i used it pretty frequently IMO, but less than a lot of other people. i've ingested a total of ~338 mg of 2ce in about 3 years. more towards the beginning. sometimes i was tripping 3 or 4 times a month, sometimes twice in a week or two days in a row once.
anyways, i've kinda thought since then that it sorta fucked up my intestines. like i have IBS now or something..
but maybe i had some problem regardless of the 2ce, but it seems worse after i take it, and i get CRAZY gut aches on the comedown. haven't done it in about a year now though.

 

Dood! I'm not sure if you said how much weight you got, but, I'm tellin ya. Fresh doesn't = bad. I googled a little for you, a few items are below. Unless you only got like 3g's, or, if they really aren't psychoactive, then you didn't get ripped just because they aren't dried. As I said, I'd love to try fresh. They just don't grow in the desert If I ever have time in a place where they do grow wild and I can take time to go shroom hunting and find some, believe me I'll be way jazzed to get to try fresh.

So... how much weight did you get? If you have an ounce or more, you are stylin m'man. GM is correct from what I have read, dry = 1/10th original weight. So, an ounce is like 3g dry. Put em on a good east coast pizza and have an awesome time.

A good way of illustrating this is that you need (depending on what strain) 12 to 15 kg fresh magic mushrooms to get 1 kg dry magic mushrooms. In the case of Psilocybe cubensis you will need around 13 -14 kg fresh magic mushrooms for 1 kg dry. But the dry magic mushrooms are only 12 times stronger (if you dry it well and without heat), not 13-14 times. This is why fresh magic mushrooms are stronger per mushroom and dry is stronger per gram. Dry mushrooms are easier in dosage as a fresh mushrooms contains a variable amount of water between 85 and 93 percent, so somewhere between 7 and 15 percent of a fresh mushroom when you don't count water. Although rare, this means one fresh mushroom can be more than twice as potent as the next.

he got a half ounce, or 14 grams. so maybe ~1.1 grams dried using your numbers. not to mention that he paid, i'm guessing, at least $80, so even if they are REALLY good shrooms, that's an expensive trip.

i don't think saying fresh shrooms are stonger per mushroom is exactly correct, unless fresh shrooms are absolutely huge..i dunno. but i get what you mean - you lose a bit of the psilocin/psilocybin when you dry them.

i think dry ones can be equally variable in potency - one can be more than twice as potent as the next. (not to pick on you voyage )

 

Those weren't my words, quoted from the link below them. I'm no one to say for certain. My few experiences were simply doing a few grams, no scientific quantification at all. I was really trying to reassure Cory that if they are in fact psychoactive, that being fresh isn't a bad thing. Many fortunate people consume them fresh and have great experiences. I wish they grew around here but the desert isn't conducive to mushies, magic or otherwise. I bet you walked right past a few in AK tho... just sayin

Does anyone know how 4-Acetoxy-DMT compares to 4-Acetoxy-DiPT (or 4-HO-DiPT)? Is the latter more insightful than recreational? I don't feel like making a thread.

 

Friends first time dosing just 2CB, was a great time. Visuals reminded him alot of acid, but the feeling was different. He also said that there wasn't much of a body high, is this common?

 

voyage, i didn't notice any psychedelic mushrooms in AK, but i don't really know what i'd be looking for either. i did take a picture of some mushies in Victoria, but i don't think they were psychedelic


i get a pretty good body high from 2cb - feels like getting a fully body massage from the inside or something

4-AcO-DMT is much more worth it than 4-HO-DiPT IMO.

I've tried both, and even at high doses (40mg or so) of 4-HO-DiPT the effects are no where near as visual or emotional as 4-AcO-DMT around the same dose.

Save your money and get the ace!

 

I have some 4-AcO-MiPT Freebase that I have yet to try. I don't even remember what it suppose to be like.

Agree whole-heartedly. 4-HO DiPT i've only had once @ 30mg and I was very unimpressed. Future experiments may prove fruitful at higher amounts but if a light experience with a substance is any indication of what a higher amount is like, this one is unremarkable to me.

4 aco dmt on the other hand, is quite lovely.

 

I can't wait until my shit arrives, i've been craving to shoot up all day today.
