Ya, it does it's just that you don't get it from food, your body makes it from L-trypt, which you get from many foods. Taking 5-htp just sort of bypasses that process.
There is a theory that there might be something wrong in that process for some people with depression/serotonin problems.

weird al was the first concert i ever saw. i got backstage and met him! he was pretty normal, and signed a tour t-shirt for me. i'm not a big fan or weird al or anything, i just went.

There shouldn't be any safety issues...at that low a dose amt's maoi activity (which is already really low) would be essentially non-existent...honestly the only thing I would be "worried" about is that it might just add an annoying "stuck coming up feeling", as that is quite a low dose of amt. However, on the flip side, they may turn out potentiating each other quite nicely. I'm just not a fan of the amt come up; guess if nothing else just take the amt first so you get that out of the way.

Bump for 25mg amt with gf on sat night. This was the second time trying it and was overall different than the previous. I had stayed up all night the previous night, and although amt is a bit energizing, it just couldn't compensate for lack of sleep like amphets haha. Once things got rolling (after the LONG comeup) it was a really relaxing experience.

We had bought a 50box of whippets which mixed nicely, though not as much as with more visual psyches; at one point we loaded 2 balloons with 6 cartridges each and put on Elton's Tiny Dancer...amazing:2thumbsup:! Towards the end we proceeded to get pretty hammered. My gf passed the fuck out hard and I followed shortly after, only to be frantically awakened about 2 hours later to her telling me she had just woke up in the bathtub (water and all!) and had no idea how she'd gotten there lol! Glad she's ok, but damn! I give her shit about it now

 

Bummer seeing some payment options no longer available for certain vendors as well as a few vendors no longer shipping to the U.S.

I had that happen on another board I post on. Dude has a sticky thread warning noobs about opiates, then he pm's me to chat because we're from the same city. A week later he disappears from the internet for 10 months. I thought he had died, turned out he was in jail.

 

The highest dose of 2cb I've taken is 45mg. I hope to try higher doses, at some point.

I'll be careful. We were planning to have the trip yesterday, but I ended up getting arrested on monday and didn't get out until today. Now we're planning to trip tomorrow.

lol I got caught leaving walmart with an energy drink I didn't pay for. I was just walking around the store drinking it and I eventually just walked out the door with it, like I do everytime I go to walmart. lol I also had a small amount of weed on me, so I was charged with shoplifing and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

I go to court on December 1st. I'm probably gonna get fukt though, because I'm already on probation for stealing from walmart. lol I may end up having to do 90 days or something. After my trip tomorrow, I'm gonna call my probation officer and see what he has to say. I'll probably just skip my probation until the come and arrest me, since I'm gonna get fukt anyway. haha

 

..which will lead to even more problems. dude. clean it up.
