I've often heard t-2's nausea isn't worth the trip. Quite surprisingly I don't get nausea with 2c-e.

After my exciting and mind-opening 2C-I trip two days ago, I feel ready to go for the gold (LSD) when the opportunity presents itself. There is a possibility it may be open to me in the next couple of months.

What sort of things should I expect in LSD that I did not have in 2C-I? I know there are thousands of trip reports to read, but I just wanted to get the 'low down' on LSD from people I trust on this site like some of you.

I know I should prepare for the following:

- Much longer duration than 2C-I
- Generally more intense in terms of sensory distortion and mental 'strangeness'
- I should probably commandeer a friend to keep an eye on me (even though I always trip alone), perhaps buying him lunch and dinner for helping me.

 

LSD is much more of a mental trip, 2C is very clear headed even on high dose IMO. Acid will twist your mind in a good way if you dose high enough, the visuals are more beautiful and natural looking.

Acid is better in all ways i see 2C-I as a party drug like MDMA with pretty colours..

Well that certainly leaves me much to look forward to! I do find the visuals on 2C-I a tad boring as they all seem to be the same type of thing. For me, it was the mental twisting that made the trip the other day so great.

I look forward to some really other-worldly visuals in LSD along with, as you say, a twist in my state of mind. If I am going to take the substance, I will certainly take a sizable dose. What is a good solid dose- like 500 ug? I really don't know.

 

500ug is a very heavy dose, probably equivalent to over 50mg of 2ci or something. You're not likely to know your ug anyways, I'm assuming it comes on blotter. Just take 2. I've never taken 2c-i but have taken 2c-b, 2c-c, 2c-d, 2c-e, 2c-t-7, and can tell you that even the deepest ones of those (b, e, t7), they don't compare to the mind warping of LSD at all. It's a whole other game. The sense effects also don't compare. Nothing compares. You'll meet the wondrous effect known as "synesthesia". Abandon all preconceptions

In the meantime have you considered exploring any tryptamines? I think something like 4-aco-dmt would be the "next step" up that you are looking for as well, if this LSD connection doesn't pan out.

 

That is a good idea about the other RCs, especially tryptamines. I will give that a through investigation. And regarding synesthesia, that is something that I have been fascinated by since I was around 11 years old.

well I'll be DAMNED! That vendor who took off with my money and went underground for a while is back, and are going to make amends! I had originally ordered a sample of 150mg of 4 aces, and then never heard back from them. I emailed them yesterday, and they wrote back today, telling me they are sending me 500mg because they feel bad for what happened. How awesome is that?!

And in this weird twist of fate, I guess I am back to my original dilemma - which psych shall I do first? I remember I had decided to go with 4 aces, and it didnt pan out, so I went to plan B - grew some shrooms.

Now I think I'm going back to my original plan of 4 aces.

The universe works in mysterious ways......

You reported many of the same benefits one gets from an acid trip in your 2ci trip. But I would say that LSD tends to have more of a personal edge about it, it's less of the empathogenic edge of how to relate with those around you like 2ci and more about how does my mind work and LSD works more on memories/view of the world. LSD touches on 'deeper' issues than 2ci I'd say, more geared towards metaphysical stuff like more pondering about the nature of the universe and stuff like that. LSD also feels like it saturates into your consciousness more naturally as where I feel I've always been able to separate mind from drug on 2ci.

Visually on LSD objects tend to bend, warp, and lose form a bit more, and can often take on new meanings that feel significant in the moment. The closed eye visuals are far more structured and intricate on LSD I'd say as well. I think you could hande 5 hits, especially with a sitter. 2 hits of LSD can sometimes be somewhat mild and the standard 2 hits I would say would not highlight a ton of the differences from 2ci that make LSD special, although I'm sure you'd still enjoy it alot.

i'd go with the shrooms too, for that same reason. you grew them. they want you to eat them
