now would San Pedro give the same effects as Peruvian Torch?
Since its getting warm out Im going to be getting a hold of some cacti to make tea out of, ive never done mescalin before and I want my first time to be a little overwhelming, I might do a foot and a half or 2...

 

I've tried 6apb probably more than anyone else on this forum. My doses have ranged from 75-225 mgs. Id say 125-200 mgs is a good dose if you got some experience with ecstasy/mdxx. But Some here have reported strong affects from even the 75-100 mgs range. We talked in chat, I told you I took 225 mgs 6apb at a rave and I got puddled to the couch there pretty hard for about the first hour.

 

To my understanding San Pedro contains several other alkaloids that both make it a unique trip and also mask the mescaline somewhat, its generally considered a smoother body oriented trip. You should definitely get a good mescaline trip off 2 ft. of a legitimate San Pedro though.

 

Bump for an incredibly beautiful day that literally smells like spring. I really really want to trip on something like 2c-b or miprocin but my gut is telling me not too, as i'm still emotionally compromised from my grandma and dogs recent deaths. Instead I will have a nice MXE movie date with volupta, something we do once or twice a month and is just a blast. Likely 50-70mg.

Having to head home from the islands tonight, but needless to say another nice break from the everyday. Great peeps, lotsa good food and beers, and a pretty heavy, many miles long hike on the beach with two microdots. T'was groovy.

 

Sounds amazing. Bump for ~30mg miprocin and ~40mg for volupta. I think I can handle this one, 3 hours, not too psychological, very euphoric, moderate dose (my first time was 50). Hopefully I don't regret this

My trial last night with miprocin was enjoyable. I took it low so it was obviously a light trip but that's how I do it for first times with a chem. It actually had some good effects though. A lot of introspection that I wouldn't expect at a 12mg dose. Open eye visuals were present for a little while and the cev's were more present. It was fun just studying how it made me feel. Sometimes it wasn't the most emotionally comforting to my surprise but nothing serious. It was definitely an enjoyable night though. Next time I recon I'll go for 22 or something.

 

Yup. Well we crushed them up with a pestle and mortar before consuming but they were chips at one point.

 

You said "we". so how much did you each consume?

25g of dried PT was way too much for me, 10-12g is more than sufficient for me now. My PT was from the wilds of Peru so that may be why it was so potent.

 

My 2c-e expereince was very shivery, tenderising and sensitive. Kind of like breaking a fever. anyone else have similar times on 2ce?

 

My 2ce trip a couple days ago was actually surprisingly warm for the most part with minimal muscle tension or shivers but I have had similar experiences as you describe on 2ce I believe, but maybe you can elaborate on what you mean by tenderising and sensitive...

 

sounds like 2ce to me felix. it's made me pretty cold and shivery. also i recall being in the shower, and first alerts felt like coming down with the flu

Yes and no. Torch, peyote, & San Pedro all share mescaline in common but each have unique alkloidal content.

 

Thought i'd just drop in to say hello guys i never really talk much here mainly because i dont trip very often and when i do its nearnly always on LSA so i guess you hardheads think LSA is pretty lame lol, hey it's better than nuthing huh ? acid is so hard to come by round my way this is the problem and i'm such a hermit i know i could be doing more to look, anyway the seeds are suffice for the moment. Lucy will find me when she thinks im ready, i have every faith.

This is my favourite thread on this site, i find you psychonauts very interesting, i have alot of respect for people that are as brave as you guys to take these amazing journeys into the mind, yous are true pioneers of the human psyche. i learn alot coming here, i find it fascinating. i wish i had the balls to explore the places you guys go to on whatever substances.Good trip reports are really valuable and they deserve lots of respect to ones that can explain this bizzare phenomenom.

I have quite bad anxiety so psychedelics scare me but i hope one day i'm ready to experience what yu guys have done before me. i beleive im quite educated in psychedelics however im completely inexperienced, its frustrating because i would love to experience a good solid trip but it would be iresponsible for me to go there just now because my set is a mess, i'll explain..

i'm ashamed to tell you guys but the truth is i'm a junky, i'm addicted to heroin, it's been going for years, dabbling, poly drug use, alcoholism you name it but now its quite serious with heroin its a physical addiction but its also mental, i crave it, i feel so safe and warm and at home when the opiates have coursed through my vains and melted away all my worrys.i have low self esteem you see, i think im ugly and i feel so awkward around people, heroin makes me not care about this, i have no confidence either and folk have been walking all over the top of me.

i was ready to die last week, i think about it alot but im scared because i dont have any solid beleif systems but i reckon suicide is bad karma and i cant put my mum through that, basically i'd be killing her too. i love my mum so much so i cant do it. i've made sum baby steps this past few days though and the couple true freinds i have are being so compassionate to me me i can cry thinking about it. my family know now too and i have meetings all this week because we're gonna try get me on methodone. i know you guys will possibly disaprove of this but beleive me methedone is probably gonna be the only thing thats gonna keep me out of an early grave.

i think pschedelics can play a role in my recovery here but on the flip side i know a trip in my current stae could quite possibly be a terrble mistake.

i truy respect you guys and i'm genuinely want your help, i want my life back so much and any advice you can give me will be taken on board,you know if there is any ex junkys here too im prepared o tak to you on the phone, i can do this have fath in me please

 

Thanks CFS for baring your soul in light of my recent transgressions and admission to them. It sounds like we're sadly in a similar boat with seriously dangerous addiction. PM me so we can chat in private and look for my thread on the opiate board and in that forum entitled something like "how did you become a junkie". I'm certainly still far from mended fences, but can relate as a polydrug user and junkie with mental illness and neurological plus pain related issues. Stay well.

Edit: CFS, I get anxious on psychedelic journeys, but not always and if I do I go with it and simply surrender to it. Often this opens doors to troubles I'm having. I do always have benzos though, another habit I have.

My 2ce experience is always of a "serious" rather unsubtle "loud", prolific, intellectual nature. In conjunction with 4-aco-dmt which for me is always of the nature of exposing my skeletons in the closet and handing my ass to me with a side of major ego loss and mindfuckness. Combining those two drugs is something I rarely do due to how emotional of a roller coaster ride it is, but when unsettled it's a good primer for digging out 'what's eating Gilbert Grape'. It's probably a good idea for my next raw as shit trip. 50mg aces n 75mg 2ce would shake me to the core.
