On my last IM DPT trip, when I came out of the trance I looked at my spoon and the liquid that I had sucked up off it left like an outline trace that looked like a UFO. It was such a great punctuation for the end of that trip.

So I got a funny message...
Some friends went to EDC, there were 5 all together but only 2 going to the show, the rest hanging at the hotel and around vegas. My recent aquisition of shrooms came from one of them, the nephew of my friend C. He asks if I can trade them some aces for the shrooms for him and others. Turned them on to 4 parachutes of 30 each, one was a bit more which I marked for my friend C, since he took the experience well when I tripped him the first time. So it's C, his girl D, nephew and his girl, and C's bro P.
I had emailed the nephew asking how his time was. Didn't get a response until today. He says that they all decided not to trip except C and his bro P. He said P downed his and didn't feel anything so did another. (~60mg)
So what I heard was,

I tripped three of them once on aces and they all knew it's not to be taken lightly and received promises from C they would be safe. I laughed so hard when I read that message, sounds like P had his mind blown. 50 is the highest I've ventured. Looking forward to hearing about the meaning of life.

what's a decent dose for the aces? erowid seems a bit generalized.

Ya, me too.
I warned C's nephew to be careful with dosing at a massive like EDC. I think he thought better of it. I don't know how much C had, probably just the 35 I marked for him. I traded the aces and a couple bucks for 1/4 z of what looks to be quality cubes.

About amount MIA, ya, Erowid is often thought to be on the low side, I think maybe in the spirit of harm reduction. I'd recommend a bit lower than 30 until you find out how you respond and potency and all. My most intense experiences were in the 30 range, ive ventured to 50 yet twice I've had much more intense times at 30.
Proceed with caution is my advice, as well as consideration to setting.
And BOC would go excellent with a deep aces trip. :2thumbsup:

 

30 mg of 4acodmt seems to be a pretty good, medium sized dose. i've taken 30 mg and 33 mg and had trips that are maybe "++"
45 mg was pretty strong, ~36 mg has given my friends strong trips.
you might want to start with ~25 mg to see how you react though. some people trip hard from that amount.

 

My MIA specific reccommendation would be higher than 30 mgs, knowing he's a Sallyhead and into all those strange f'd up movies like Irreversible.

Also the dose depends upon whether its freebase or not.

I've taken close to 40mg but i've had more profound trips at 20mg.

 

i took 45 mg of the fumarate and it was....stronger than ~30 mg.

my brother just said tonight that he would consider trying 4acodmt again. i gave him 36 mg to start with, and we both think that it was a bit too much in hindsight. he'd only had experience with LSD.

i gave another friend 37 mg and he said it was great. he doesn't like LSD anymore, but likes shrooms. tried 2ce once with me, that's probably it.

i gave less than 26 mg to a friend that shouldn't trip...and he had a horrible trip:devil:
