Portugal the Man was Fucking fantastic! They played most everything I wanted to hear and they just went into the songs, no elaborate setups or anything. As the songs segued into one another it created this wonderful quality of overflowing sonic textures. The 6apb was magnificent and probably the most intense journy on it so far. I can't see straight right now, I'm squinting to type this Lol.

The 6apb was like full blown trip and full blown roll, honestly felt a bit like candyflippin for solid portions of time. I was. Being wrapped up in fleeting worlds where pretty much all that carried over was the music. I was fairly nauseous at the onset, almost got puddled even but those was fleeting and mostly during the opening band. It really turned around when PTM dropped the lights and had 'Unchained Melody' come on (1950's ballad) which gave way to Purple, Yellow, Red and Blue as soon as I was done singing "I want to livvveee in Ecstasy', all my nausea faded. I could easily write a trip report for that experience but basking in the afterglow.

That sounds wonderful. I imagine the vibe at a PTM show to be perfect for any number of drugs.

As for me, I randomly decided to dose ~40-60mg of 2C-E a few hours ago. It took 2+ hours to come on, due to stomach contents, which I would soon regret(blegh), then I had a marvelous trip. I'm still tripping pretty hard, in fact:D

Also, I was listening to this song earlier and I kept seeing images of babies ripping/chewing the flesh from eachother's faces, which was odd. Good song though:

well played Sir. glad you had a super time, i can tell it must have been a superior show. :)

Partially good advice, i'll chip in my $.02 .....
All tare does is reset the zero point digitally, it has no bearing on accuracy. however its true you don't want to weigh your material starting at zero, it's not "the more the better" rather the ideal is to have the scale working in the middle of its range.
I.E. if a scale reads from .oo1 to 1.000 then the ideal range to work in is around .500
Start at zero, add a tare weight like a cap or whatnot, zero your tare or not, it matters not... weigh out your material to the amount you're looking for like .030 then let it sit, lift and reweigh the tray, lift and reweigh, at least 5-6 times and note how consistant each reading is.
if the weight displayed is within .001 or 2, consistantly, then i would agree that you're about as accurate as one can be, within plus or minus 3-5 mgs or so. it's mho that people that complain about that scale just need a little patience.
or several hundred dollars for a "real proper" mg scale.

Prebump for a psychedelic experience this Tuesday if everything goes according to plan. Can't decide if I should candy flip (Avatar blotter- 150-180 mics) and some moonrocks or just the moonrocks alone. Going to see phish so either way, it's gonna be a good time :D

Yes indeed, lots of weed smoke permeated the room, I'm sure other stuff as well as I could sense some turned on folks. Their visual display was actually somewhat sparse but it catered to psychedelia, reminded me of a very 2D mountain range of pulsating colors, sometimes it would be more colored lines, effective yet nowhere near as grandiose as the stage displays of a Tool concert or some of the EDM I've seen like Chemical Brothers.. The theater the show was held in actually is just as much a feast for the eyes as was the projections they had on stage. The venue (same place as Shpongle live Voyage) has 2 buddhas in the corners and the ceiling is very intricate designs and fractal like.

:) I played this song, whole album actually, on my first 2ce trip which took place in the woods. Amazing! I didn't get any of that grotesque imagery you seem to get on 2ce out there thankfully but I remember that song and subsequent album really carrying the trip for awhile.

Indeed. Shulman is perfect for 2C's, imo. As far as the "grotesque imagery" is concerned...........that "dark edge", as I like to call it, is one of the things I love about 2C-E. Maybe I'm just a twisted individual. lol Either way, I guess it's a good thing I'm not prone to bad trips.

i've been to 6 or 8 "restored old art-deco theater" venues over the past 5 years or so and that one might be thee best of them.
mind blowing with or without chemical enhancement imo.

What would you guys recommend for a jam band? MDMA or LSD? I have both but I've decided against candyflipping due to lack of experience. I have done a 350ug dose of lsd before and a few 100 mic doses and have done mdma a ton but just can't decide which would be better for a phish concert.

It's a win win choice, and I'm not really that into jam bands but I've heard some Phish. I'll reccommend 150-200 ugs of LSD.

My gf is big into phish. She says the majority of people there are gonna be shroomin or on lsd. Definitely take lsd. Not that mdma would be bad, but lsd probably fits better.
