They should def teach it in elementary schools nationwide.

 

Well I love me some goddamn jam bands. But... My heart still belongs to Phish more than any of em. But SCI is right up there with them for me too. And.. well.. everyone likes GD.

they also teach you to keep your schedual with you in school....

but, ya know.... i never really was good at the whole school thing, and im certinally not bringing that kind of mentality to a festie!

thats a pretty good show... not my absolute favorite.... but if it came to my town id definatly see em again.

im a 100% dancer! depending on who im seeing, i can lose like 5 pounds in sweat at a show...

I felt the exact same way when I saw Phish a while back. They waste more time on stage than most bands ever get, so I feel your pain. In addition to jam bands I like Reggae, Bluegrass (mainly newgrass), and whatever classic rock that I haven't already heard a million times.

 

You could go see 100 jam band shows and only run into 1 or 2 40 minute songs. Don't bother w/ Umphrey's, considering the other bands that you don't like you won't like them either. O well I hope you enjoy your 8-tracks.

 

Doesn't make you hair stand on end. Doesn't seem to make time fold in on itself either.

 

One of the best out there for sure. I prefer them over The Dead (who I still like plenty).

 

I say "NO" to phish.....its my opinion!!! you cant take that away from me!

Umphrey's is an amaizing amazing band. I see them live whenever I can. I don't see how anyone could not like a song like divisions.

 

personally, no matter how much i love umphrey's live shit... i cant stand most of their studio shit!

 

im normally a stander, but if im in the right mood with the right people, i can dance alright.

sometimes i have to. standing can start to hurt my sides
