Dev's right. Punching, kicking, and screaming will all release dopamine, and make you more aggresive.
you know what? i used to try to do all those aerobics classes and stuff, and i finally quit when i realized that it was turning me into an evil aggressive psycho twat. i got kicked out of a class twice. the first time i thought it was because i was having a bad day, and i never got along with the shit next to me. but the next time my friend/hairdresser/instructor had to ask me to leave because some poor total stranger bumped into me one too many times. i have a shitty enough attitude without introducing physical aggressiveness to the equation. since then, i ONLY do cardio alone. weight training, however, makes me very happy and lovey.
Sometimes when I'm really pissed I pound the punch bag a few times. I rarely use my fists though. I've found that it's much safer to do elbow strikes - I don't have to worry about injuring myself due to being too pissed off to care about proper punching form. Of course, I try not to let my anger escalate to that level.

I just think about it now-a-days. I can't get into trouble without getting kicked out of the teaching program. Hell if you have $200 worth of fines you get kicked out of the program. I've had two speeding tickets....so mine totals to around $160. So I'm being a good girl for the time being. But I used to punch people whenever the mood struck me. haha

I would never instruct someone to hit that way. Lose all sense of form, and your muscles will be too tense. You'll lose some power that way, in a fight you'd have no focus, your motions will become predictable, and you'll get gassed quickly.
Probably Why I Had the Crap beaten Out of me on Ocassion then... Ahahahaha! mostly Due to Fear and I Would Freeze on the Spot...
I've never really been beaten up, me and my best friend joke fight, or she just punches everyone when she's drunk. like the other night, we were all tenting, 7 of us in a 4man tent and she was punching anyone who tried to go to sleep.
