i smoked some silver haze a few days ago... came from somewhere in long island, supposidly it was some good shit... took two hits and was stoned, took a couple more and was more stoned than ive ever been in my life... literally i felt like i was in another world... the guy then told me that he was selling eighths for 65... that seems like an incredible amount of money, as the most ive ever paid before was 45 an eighth... so i told him i didnt have the cash, but i would call him if i wanted any... anybody think thats worth it?
Yeah it's worth it. You realize how stoned you got from such a small amount. I'd say it's worth it. For my cousin's graduation party I bought a 1/2oz of Silver Haze for $200 and we smoked the whole thing in 4 hours in about 6 blunts between me and two or three other people. Needless to say, we were stoned. That was the only time I knew for sure what strain I was smoking. It was nice.
I don't see why not... my next bowl shall be smoked in your honour. Sorry to hear you're out of herb, I have no doubt that you'll be able to restock without much further ado. As for the origins of the term 'purple haze'.. my understanding is that Jimi Hendrix wrote the song 'Purple Haze' based on a dream he had.. and that soon after, a strain of cannabis sativa was named after the song. Most people seem to believe it's the other way around. But yea I'm under no illusions as to the nature of this purple haze I managed to procure... nothing mythical or worth shouting from the rooftops about.. but it's darn good herb
