Who says you need a 4X4 in winter? But seriously that car is several million dollars and regarded as very special. I don't know if I should be impressed of pissed off at what they are doing. What is there is road salt? Italians don't understand what winter is. The car will be eaten alive.

What ever it takes to make lamb...I do NOT NOT NOT have it or get it, or something. Twice in my life I have tried to make lamb. Granted it was years ago before the all powerful and wonderful iternet...but I bombed horribly.

It looked sooo good. Then when you tasted it...it tasted like something poisonous it was so bad. I'll never forget it. I cooked it with onions and I forget what all...baked slowly. But that was the most awful piece of meat I've ever tasted in my whole life.

I wonder what it tastes like when its cooked right AND I wonder WTH I did wrong...cause I know I HAD to have done some bad wrong for it to turn out like that. mercy

I had to go dig up the recipe I wrote down from the first time I made leg of lamb (editing, I originally put rack of lamb but I think this was for leg) after reading your post. I don't usually use recipes, just glance over a few to get ideas, which is what I did here...but this turned out so so tender and juicy and delicious that I wrote down how I made it and its the only way I've ever made it since.

Rub with - olive oil, lemon, rosemary, terragon, coriander, and paprika, salt and pepper

Heat oil on medium high in pan, brown for 3 minutes on fatty side, flip and brown for 3 minutes, flip again for 3 more minutes

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 325f

 

At the bar and someone just played the song. "I just had sex" while I was watching the game.

When I was in 6 the grade, 1972, some kid in my class father went on the show "Guess My Line" (anyone remember that one?) because he was the "inventor" of the round billiard table.
I played on it a few time, fucking nearly impossible to make bank shot, but his dad could clear the table no problem....LOL
it had four pockets and a bumper in the middle if my memory is correct (prolly not, lots of years and drugs in between..lol) but it was fun to play on. he had it set-up in their garage.

all those cooking competition shows (MC Australia is the best) have wet my whistle for lamb, but fuck it costs soooo much more than beef around here...)

 

well the other day was my 25th wedding anniversary. I texted the wife and wished her a happy anniversary.
Prolly gonna be filing for divorce within the next 6 months.

In rallyX it's like, half ashphalt and half dirt with a jump. I've hit the redbull sign lol, when you come around the last corner on that track, you are turn right and then power on over the jump so you're basically pointing at it on landing.

this lamb leg I was talking about is from my uncle, but I'm sure he said it was his neighbors. He's the one who called my uncle and said to rid those goats last week.
