Ive moved everything out of the way in preparation for my air con heaters install this morning. I forgot I had these swords under our bed lol, we have two samurai swords under the bed. One mine and one hers. I forgot all about them lol. I rolled the bed and was like what is this.. Omg our swords!

I feel for them. My granddaughter is 15. There aren't alot of worthwhile 15 yr. old boys anymore.

Really? I remember I did find them yes, but I forgot just ad quickly as I remembered lol. and then I remembered them again.

I also have my shield and broadsword tucked around the corner from my main front door.

Irmi, I remember you saying something about the swords under the bed...and recall thinking wouldn't it be a surprise (for about 2 seconds) for an intruder just before you cut their heads off. lol

These ones are only display swords and not sharp lol. Tbh I think I'd rather be hit with a sharp one and just end it rather than being walloped with these blunt ones. Oh they'll do damage for sure, but they aren't like for real fighting. I'm pretty sure they might be kill Bill replicas. I've never seen that movie. Something about a blonde chick playing ninja didn't seem very fun. I'd rather some Chinese geisha.

 

Lol I just had one of the silliest moments in my existence.

I had turned the power off at the wall for when the technicians arrive but I needed to get a document on my pc so I'm on my knees turning the power on and then I was on my knees trying to turn the desktop on which is in the ground and I couldn't for the life of me remember where the on button was. So I found a button and thought derr and it wouldn't turn on. I was devastated. So I sat in my chair and it was like my muscle memory remembered where to put my hand to turn it on. I'd been hitting the reset button, not the power on button.

 

Has anybody seen the alternate ending to Terminator 2? I'm glad they didn't run with it.

I've been told the new digital release that just came out is really good with missing scenes added.might get it on the weekend.

 

are they super sharp irm?

buddy of mine was disgusted with the rust on my machete so he too it home and cleaned it all up...i use the machete to chop foos for the hens...melons and stuff

 

They'd cut you, but not sharp. They're just replicas. Would still do a lot of damage because of the weight and steel but they won't like chop your head off. Maybe your wrist. I'll get a photo of my shield.

 

This is more front door defense system.

I used to polished it a lot and make it shiny but loving next to the door it gets moisture so the boss plate and edges have rust marks but I kinda like the look of it aging.

 

life was better when the main question was "do i have time for this"...instead of "can i do this and still be able to walk tomorrow"
