Quebecers: What are your thoughts on new smoking ban?

pple smoke on restaurant/coffeeshop patios all over the place here (i'm also in bc)

No just an incentive to take your biz ($$$) where you're welcome.
Eateries/ bars are taking a hit round here since recent bans were enacted...

When are they going to ban Public use of
cologne/ after shave/ other scented personal products?

Some Folk, including myself, are allergic to them...

Most bars have patios or smoking rooms you are allowed to smoke in.

Yeah, well I'm not saying it's a fully obeyed law, but it's a law nonetheless. We have a cafe here in town (on the island) and if you're a NON-smoker, you get put in the back. You're not supposed to be allowed to smoke at all in cafes and restaurants in BC but it's just a matter of someone doing something about it. However, the law is there.
