Queen, AC DC, or pantera?

queen!! man thats so easy.
my brother used to shower to queen... and he loves madonna. we still think he might be gay.

 

...and when you find his Erasure stash you can be absolutely sure of it.

 

none of those bands compare to Queen, which is not "glam rock"....it is a form of neo-classical rock. there changes are based of diatonic classical music. the dynamics in thier music is unbelievable. they knew what was up. thier music theory knowledge and creativity in music, shadows anything AC/DC or Pantera did.

 

Allthough I do enjoy Queen, ACDC is my preference. I was braught up listening to those two. Highway to Hell!

 

Queen is way better than both AC/DC and Pantera..Although AC/DC is cool,they are not better than Queen..

 

Queen first, then AC/DC, and Pantera last, I don't listen to Pantera.

Ther r all crap, especially Queen. I've never heard any AC/DC stuff, or Panters.

 

I vote Pantera, but noone beats Alice in Chains.

Queen is largely over-rated, and equally annoying.

Ac/Dc, while good, just doesnt match up to Pantera.

Well, its not like a whole lot of thought went into choosing the three bands. Might as well have compared David Allen Coe, Abba and Deicide.

 

I have been seeing a lot of hate against Queen lately. In my opinion, there is no contest here--Queen takes the cake. Oh, and the whole statement about Queen being "overrated" doesn't make much sense to me, as I find that no band is more overrated than AC/DC, and just because a band is considered "overrated" doesn't mean that they're any less talented. It could be that so many people adore them because they actually ARE talented. I know that doesn't work in every case, especially for the newer music that people seem to flock to (ugh), but the classic rock bands are loved by so many because they truly are great. That's just my take on the matter .

 

Pantera are pretty cool.

But those two bands are not close to good enough to kiss Freddy Mercury's toes.

I also agree with the above poster, there are few bands alive that are more overrated than the shit that AC/DC is.

 

She didn't say that AC/DC is shit, mister. I'm not going to choose, alltough I think Pantera would be third on my list.

Sorry, guys...their music just makes me want to hurl.

I also agree with BraveSirRubin that neither of these two bands are good enough for the likes of Freddie.

 

No worries, you don't have to apologize for not liking a band. They're pretty different, that's why I don't even try to compare them.
I don't think that AC/DC wanted to innovate and make genious rock stuff. They just wanted to rock 'n roll. I love them for that, but yeah, I appreciate that kind of rock more then the more complicated rock of Queen.

 

Wow! I can't believe that you didn't flame me for putting AC/DC down. That is a rare scenario. I like you .
