hey kyle! lots of stuff is wrong with the right wingers, they are too focused on money, and not with helping their fellow man!

who cares how much something will cost if it can help someone?

    money is the problem, lol

    america needs more political parties!

the best thing would actuallybe if all the states seperated! you could all be so much happier!

My absolute basic core definition of con/ lib:

Liberals identify with a larger tribe,
Conservatives identify with a smaller tribe.

As a moderate liberal, my identification is first and foremost with humanity and the earth themselves. Nationalistic identification and concerns come secondary to that. So I tend to look at political matters with earth and all its people the first consideration. So naturally I would be more concerned with environmental and global issues such as how our military and corporations are influencing the citizens of other nations.

So I guess since I see conservatives as identifying primarily with a smaller tribe (family, religion, nation, political party) I would say their political activity chiefly goes toward matters relating to those things.

Otherwise I don't like how cons pretend the debate is "big gov't vs. small gov't" when really it's about the roles of government. There doesn't seem to be much outcry from the right when GOP leaders do things that are decidedly "big government."

Also with conservatives identifying with a smaller tribal circle, it seems to be a fertile setting to develop a lot of enemies in their mind which would make sense with how McCarthyistic they are when the other party is in power. It makes it difficult to associate with them in any political sphere because they've already decided you're an enemy. They prefer to call you names and frame your character so that anything you say or do is pre-invalidated. Gets old, I don't talk politics with cons anymore. But it's frustrating to see the same dynamic in Washington.
