I don't think I started accomplishing anything worthwhile until I quit thinking of spooging as a way of life.

There's only one thing I have against masturbation - the fact that nature places limits on how often you can do it.

You are not as limited as say someone over 40, but even 18-year-old boys cannot masturbate constantly.

You will run out of juice eventually and your dick will start hurting. That is called a natural limit.

I would stop for a few months after finally banging a new girlfriend back when I was single.

But then I'd always come back home to the tried and true pounding on my piss pump. Pussy and getting sucked off is better without a doubt but sometimes you have to go with what's always worked from the very beginning.

It's a matter of effectiveness and loyalty.

That's because when you stop smoking you only need to stop long enough for the accumulation of nicotine in your system to dissipate, after which there is nothing left to further the addiction. However, with masturbation there is a constant fresh supply of testosterone (or estrogen for women) which renews the addiction.

Whilst masturbation may, technically, be classed as an addiction, it is probably the only addiction that not only has no detrimental effects, but is actually medically beneficial in so many ways.

It keeps the supply of semen fresh for a healthy sperm count.
It substantially reduces the risk of prostate cancer.
It is excellent excercise for the heart.
    It keeps blood pressure down.
    It greatly reduces stress.

This is just a few of the many advantages that masturbation has, yet I can't think of a single valid disadvantage for not masturbating - And I don't consider the moralistic stance as being valid, as 'morals' & religious dogma are nothing more than man made fairy tales with absolutely no foundation whatsoever.

Consequentially, not only is it virtually impossible to quit masturbating, it is also highly inadvisable, for both physical & mental health to even attempt it (apart from for brief periods, such as a few days, perhaps).

I am amazed that in this day & age masturbation is still viewed as so much of a taboo subject. I know it is briefly covered in schools as part of Sex Education, but only to the degree of the teacher saying "Boys / Girls will often rub their genitals to achieve a pleasurable sensation, and this is called masturbation" - and that's as far as the subject is covered. When the subject is swept under the carpet so much at the time of life when it affects them the most, it's no real wonder that they start to get the idea that there's something wrong in what they're doing.

In my opinion, not only should schools cover the subject of masturbation in far more depth as a compulsory subject on the curriculum, but they should also instruct the kids in the use of various techniques & encourage open discussion, thus getting them to accept, from the start, that masturbation is a normal, healthy activity, and is something that should actually be encouraged rather than deterred.
